01Who we are

peaky.broker is an independent domain brokerage. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Freename.io or any other domain registry or naming protocol.

02Nature of the service

peaky.broker provides brokerage services for Freename top-level domain assets, including valuation, buyer outreach, and facilitation of TLD transfer transactions. We act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. We are not a party to any transaction between them and do not hold assets in escrow or take title to any TLD.

03No guarantee of sale

Engaging peaky.broker as your broker does not guarantee that your Freename TLD will sell, or that it will sell at any particular price or within any particular timeframe. The outcome of any brokerage engagement depends on market conditions, buyer interest, and factors outside our control.

04Seller representations

By submitting a Freename TLD for brokerage consideration, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the TLD as recorded on the Freename platform
• You have the full right and authority to sell the TLD
• The TLD is free from any encumbrance, dispute, or third-party claim
• The information you provide to us is accurate and complete

05Fees and brokerage terms

Brokerage fees are agreed individually for each engagement and communicated to you in writing before any outreach commences. No fee is payable unless and until a transaction closes. The initial valuation is always free and carries no obligation to engage our services.

06Communication

All communication between peaky.broker and clients is conducted by email. We do not conduct business by phone, chat, or social media. Email correspondence forms part of the documentary record of any brokerage engagement.

07Confidentiality

We treat all information provided by sellers and buyers as confidential. We do not disclose the identity of our clients, the TLDs we are representing, or the terms of any transaction to third parties, except where necessary to facilitate the transaction with the knowledge and consent of the relevant party, or where required by law.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, peaky.broker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in connection with the relevant engagement.

09No financial or legal advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Freename TLDs are a novel asset class and their legal and regulatory treatment varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for obtaining independent advice before entering into any transaction.

10Third-party platforms

TLD transfers are executed through the Freename platform. We accept no responsibility for the availability, functionality, or terms of the Freename platform or any other third-party service.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
